The Tribute Card Program

Pay tribute to friends and family by making a tax-deductible donation to the Race to Erase MS.

A card will be sent with your personal message to friends and family on your behalf. It is a thoughtful gesture for a Memorial, Birthday, Anniversary, Thank You, Speedy Recovery, or any other occasion.

Once your tribute card has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail that you can use as a tax receipt. The Nancy Davis Foundation for MS is a non-profit 501©(3) organization Tax ID # 84–1238541.
